If you’re like me, it makes you feel like you’ve won something when you can find a super good deal. I’m like that with travel. That’s why I keep a bag packed with 3 days worth of clothes and necessities in it. You just never know when a last minute deal comes up and if you love travel like I do, you’re ready to go. Not that last minute travel deals mean the Airline is going to call you and tell you to be at the airport in 30 minutes. But they can happen within the week. And face it, who isn’t busy. It’s one thing to be rushed with work and taking care of children. It’s an entirely different story if you have to give yourself stress over getting ready for a short little vacation.
Do what I do. I keep a bag packed with a few days worth of clothes and necessities and you’ll be ready for your jet set life. Try to0 keep the size of the bag down to an overhead size. For obvious reasons in my opinion. If you have children like I do, pack for them as well. And you can make this a super special occasion for your children. Surprise them every once in awhile by having their bags sitting by the front door when they come home from school. Did I mention, you should, of course, have a trip planned for them if you do this.
